Randy Kaiser, M.Ed.

Keith Kaiser, BESS, CSCS

Randy was a three-sport athlete in High School competing in Basketball, Baseball, and Football. He was district MVP in both baseball and football and a true student of the game. He was recruited by the University of Houston, Dartmouth College, Texas Lutheran University, and multiple other smaller colleges and universities. Randy attended 

Randy was a three-sport athlete in High School competing in Basketball, Baseball, and Football. He was district MVP in both baseball and football and a true student of the game. He was recruited by the University of Houston, Dartmouth College, Texas Lutheran University, and multiple other smaller colleges and universities. Randy attended Southern Methodist University (SMU) and finished his college career at Texas State University. He earned a Master's degree in Exercise and Sports Science. He began coaching youth sports in 2006 and continues to dedicate time to sports programs throughout his community. With over 25 years of high-level sports competition experience as an athlete and a coach, Randy is passionate about implementing both the physical and mental training needed for sport competition.

He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and served as the head s

Keith was a two-sport athlete in High School competing in baseball and football. He earned a baseball scholarship to Tarkio College in Missouri, attended the university of Texas, and finished his Bachelor's of Exercise Sports science at Texas State University. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and served as the head strength and conditioning coach for TexStar Sports, Inc. He now serves as the athletic director for Round Top-Carmine High School and utilizes a data driven approach to provide the highest quality sport-specific training. Keith serves as the head of program design for K4 Sports Development. Keith has over 35 years of high-level sports competition experience as an athlete and a coach.

He has served as a research analyst and a behavioral specialist and now serves as the head of research and development for K4 Sports Development. Roger is a fitness enthusiast with an understanding of the mental attributes needed for long-term athletic success.
