Squat

Squatting is a foundational exercise needed prior to progressing to more complicated movements. We will show you the proper progression to build strength while avoiding excessive load on the spine. 

Strength and Conditioning

Our Strength and Conditioning Program focuses on age-appropriate progression to develop a core foundation.  Once we establish a solid foundation, we will work with you to attain future goals. We recommend 2-4 days per week for optimal progress.

Pushup

The push-up is another foundational exercise. It takes time and proper muscle development to correctly perform a push-up. We will show you how to master this essential movement pattern as we work toward your long-term goals.
